Delayed radiation-induced bulbar palsy.We report a man with a slowly progressive bulbar palsy 14 years after radiation therapy for nasopharyngeal carcinoma. electromyography demonstrated prominent myokymic and neuromyotonic discharges in muscles innervated by the lower cranial nerves.
