1/1. nocturnal enuresis and obstructive sleep apnoea in two children.nocturnal enuresis was a symptom of childhood obstructive sleep apnoea, OSAS. We reported two children with secondary nocturnal enuresis which disappeared after tonsillectomy and adenoidectomy for proven OSAS.
