    A 13-year-old black male patient with sturge-weber syndrome is presented. The report describes the classic presentation of the syndrome, emphasizing the oral manifestations. 3/5. Inflammatory dentigerous cyst in a 3 year old South African black male: A case report.

    We present here a case of a dentigerous cyst in the anterior maxilla of a 3 year old male. There was associated cortical expansion and facial asymmetry. These cysts are rare at this age and in addition are less common in the maxilla. Management consisted of enucleation under general anaesthetic including removal of the unerupted 11. This report attempts to highlight the importance of prompt diagnosis and referral of children with dentigerous cysts.

5/5. Boy with a ring 7 chromosome: a case report with special reference to dermatological findings.

    A ring chromosome 7 was found in an 8-year-old boy investigated on account of short stature and facial dysmorphism. He had a fair skin, almost white hair, cafe-au lait spots and many black atypical pigmented naevi. Electron microscopy of his skin revealed structural changes in melanocytes and keratinocytes, suggesting disturbed cell growth and differentiation.
