1/1. Fatal granulomatous disease of childhood: presenting as acute abdomen.Fatal granulomatous disease of childhood is a rare disorder of phagocytic function. We report a 6-year-old boy who presented with acute abdomen. The diagnosis was established by mesenteric lymph node biopsy obtained at laparotomy.
