1/1. Ischiorectal abscess after sacrospinous ligament suspension.An ischiorectal abscess in a 66-year-old patient was determined to be an uncommon complication of sacrospinous fixation. The abscess was diagnosed 9 months after the patient had a sacrospinous ligament suspension.
