1/3. Acantholytic dermatosis of the vulvocrural area.

    Acantholytic dermatosis of the vulvocrural area is a rare skin disorder characterized by solitary or multiple skin-colored to white, smooth papules or plaques. Histopathological features of both Hailey-Hailey disease and Darler's disease are present. There is acantholysis, which may involve the full thickness of the epidermis, and dyskeratosis with corps ronds and grains. There may be marked hyperkeratosis and focal parakeratosis. We report a case of this rare disease and discuss its differential diagnosis and treatment.

2/3. Giant condyloma acuminatum or buschke-lowenstein tumor: review of the literature and report of three cases treated by CO2 laser surgery. A long-term follow-up.

    Giant condyloma acuminatum or buschke-lowenstein tumor (TBL) is a rare disease that arises on the male and female external genitalia. TBL arises from the confluence of multiple condylomata acuminata and it is induced a Human Papillomavirus infection. TBL presents a clinical malignancy, but it is known to be a histologically benign tumor, even if it carries a risk of malignant transformation. It is advisable to treat it early. After a review of the literature, three cases of giant condyloma acuminatum, treated by combined CO2 Laser surgery excision-vaporization and which underwent a long-term follow-up are described.

3/3. Langerhans cell histiocytosis of vulva and cervix in a 19-year-old woman.

    Langerhans cell histiocytosis of the female genital tract is a rare disease. A clinical diagnosis is impossible to establish because no typical lesions are found. immunohistochemistry of bioptic samples is the easier technique to obtain the correct diagnosis. We present a case of a 19-year-old woman with Langerhans cell histiocytosis of mandible and maxilla with subsequent cervical and vulvar histiocytosis.
