I have been going through what i thought and was diagnosed with yeast infections and bacterial infections for about 8 months now. The medications the doctors gave did nothing. After suffering for so long i knew that i was being diagnosed wrong. I finally had a doctor who would actually give me a vaginal culture and they found 4+ e-coli. I was negative for yeast and bv. My doctor gave me antibiotics for it and it still remains.I was on the treatment for 7 days. Has anyone ever heard of this before? If so do you have any advice in hopes get rid of it? I have also been tested for everything so that's all ruled out thank god. I also know that it is bacteria from a bowel, i really do not know how i got this, im very clean and wipe correctly and i do not have anal sex.
E-coli is in the stools and this could be where you happen to of gotten this. You could also have an E-coli urine infection and these can be persist and can cause more damage to your body if no treatments are taken.This may be a reason the meds you have taken are not doing it for you not the right meds for right infection.There is Ketflex,Norflox, Cipro, Levaquine, and Cefin all need a scrip from your doctor.My option::

Then its treated with hormones to thicken the lining and it goes away 30-50 percent normal women have (with no discharge) E-coli in their vaginas.

make a douche with 2 Tablespoons of spring water and 1 drop of 35% hydrogen peroxide. This will kill the germs.

Baby is measuring 4 weeks bigger in U/S PLZ Read?

Has anyone have their baby measure bigger in the U/S yet when the baby was born he/she was normal size? please share your stories!

I never bothered looking into this with my others.
@ 30 weeks he was measuring 34 weeks.

1st 8 10 1/4 * E c-section
2nd 7 10 1/4 * Taken almost two weeks early according to their EDD
Ok now I am seeing different info online.

In the U/S he was measuring bigger. However the belly check I was right on course.
My first son measured big and was he was almost nine pounds when I was induced at 38 weeks and this baby is measuring big too, I am 33 weeks and he measures 36. You will probably just have a big baby!  (+ info)

Since you have had this infection for so long, it is probably going to take a much longer round of antibiotics. You should definitely have a follow up with your doctor. As you have been advised from another answer, your partner could have very easily given it to you by not washing his hands after he went to the bathroom. Hope this helps.  (+ info)
