What is the healthiest time to wake up and go to sleep based off your circadian rhythm?

I just need to know what is the best time to wake up assuming that the lastest i go to bed is 10 p.m., i heard waking up a sunrise is the healthiest but can anybody substatiate that?
----------

When the sun rises, the light turns down your melatonin, so yes shortly after sunrise is normal biologically.
Then sleep when the sun sets... or when the melatonin increases.
The melatonin is your circadian regulator from your pineal gland.  (+ info)

Could Zoloft withdrawal cause an accelerated heart rate or heart palpitations?

Thanks for your help. It may be that now that I have tapered off Zoloft, I am more sensitive to my caffeine intake. Has anyone else ever experienced this?
----------

I had some weird spells kind of like that when I went off my Zoloft (I went cold turkey). I don't know for sure that's what's causing you to experience this, but I think it's definitely possible. You may want to call your doctor to see if s/he wants to see you though.  (+ info)

I just got a job that I have to get up nearly three hours earlier than before. It's been a week and I can't seem to wake up. I've been using caffeine, energy drinks, etc which I know aren't a cure but I need help.

How do I combine the pill and the rhythm methods?

Should I count the first day of the cycle as the day I finish a pack of pills, the day I start a new one or the day my period starts?
I know the pill is supposed to keep you from ovulating, but in case I do, I want to know when it will happen.
Does anyone know if there's a way to know that the pills are working?
----------

You should count from the first day of when your period starts each cycle. That way you know when not to let your significant other ejaculate inside you when you would have been most fertile, regardless of when you're on the pill or not.

I understand that the pill isn't 100% effective but I know it's pretty darn close, so you shouldn't even have to worry about using the rhythm method if you're on birth control pills!  (+ info)

What type of activities can i preform with my 4 month old so she can be accelerated?

My baby girl is 4 months and i would love for her to be ahead in brain development are there any great techniques I can use. Parental skills she can adapt to? Thanks.
----------

reading to her, not just nursery stories, but books about nature (non fiction etc). No t.v. (yes some idiots put 4 months old in front of t.v.). Lots of music, all kinds. keep her with you in a sling so she can interact with you and grow to see things from your perspective. Dont talk to her in baby talk (stupid thing to do, a sound is a sound to a baby, so she may as well learn the proper ones). make sure she gets good nutrition and proper rest/sleep. Always use proper names for things, and expose her to lots of experiences like museums, art galleries, zoos etc. They may not seem to notice, but they do and this also helps to develop interests when they are older.  (+ info)

how can you see that a rhythm is ventricular?

please, Ive like to know the answer of the topic bout the: how can you see that a rhythm is ventricular?
----------

1. first clue is that the QRS complexes generally look BIZARRE

2.there is no P wave which means the rhythm is not coming from the atria . P waves might not be visible in supraventricular tachycardias , but usually they can be told apart by the NARROW QRS complexes in supraventricular tachycardia.

3. QRS complexes originating in the ventricles are WIDE and LARGE .

4. the rate also gives a clue
ventricular rhythm can be either very slow (ventricular escape rhythm in cases of complete heart block , like 40 beats a min,)

or they can be moderately fast like in ventricular tachycardia (deadly condition) where there is complete loss of QRS configuration , and ventricular fibrillation (death imminent) where there is no wave pattern at all , just chaotic tracings .
in any case fast ventricular rhythm are never as fast as atrial or supraventricular rhythms can be (usually ventricular up to 150/min while atrial arythmia reaches 300 beats/min)  (+ info)

Does anyone know how much the accelerated orthodontics procedure cost?

How painful is it? Is it as painful as regular braces? Is it less painful? And does it really give great results?
----------

ITS REGULAR BRACES OVER A SHORT TIME. I WOULD NOT SUGGEST THIS AS IT LEADS TO RELAPSE. PRICES VARY, BUT CHANCES RE YOU WILL NEED FULL BRACES LATER ANYWAY. STAY AWAY FROM THIS.  (+ info)

Why oh why did you not ask these questions of your doctor????
They will give you the best answers, since they know you & your history, as opposed to all the answerers on this forum!
Call the docs office & ask them!!
