I have done follicular study which shows I have two eggs ruptured on between 13th and 14th day?

My HSG is normal. I have got injection HCG on 12th day. On 14th day I have done IUI. My husband’s sperm test is normal. Please tell me would I be able to conceive this month we are trying to conceive for 10 months.
----------

It is possible for you to conceive this month - it definitely sounds like you have done everything correctly with the assistance of your doctor. Unfortunately, nothing is 100% and there are factors outside of your control . . . whether or not the sperm finds the egg(s), whether or not successful implantation takes place . . .

What is the prognosis for adenocarcinoma with bone cancer?

I hope someone can help.

Recently a close friend of mine who had beaten breast cancer(she had been cancer free for 5 years) was diagnosed with cancer of the outer lung and bone cancer.
The doctors are telling her that they will be doing chemotherapy once a month only. There is another treatment (hormonal) that they want to try, but they're worried because she has not finished menopause.
Can anyone tell me what the prognosis is when you have both of these cancers?
----------

I dont want to alarm you. But my mother had breast cancer and it spread into her bones after being told 4 years earlier that she was cancer free. After her dignosis in May of 2003, sadly it took intill Dec of 2004 to kill her. She was only 49. They tried everything from chemo to radiation. They even had her on a hormone pill but the cancer had just spread so much. I am really sorry about your friend my heart goes out to her. I would find out what stage she is in. My mother was in stage four so there was really not much they could do. Through the treatments they provided it did prolong her life for a year and half after given a timeline of 6 months. And again I am truly sorry about your friend.  (+ info)

Can someone tell why i am unable to get pregnant even after good US follicular study and ovulation?

I had 2 miscarriages in past but now i am unable to conceive only. Doc say my case is normal. Can someone advise please
Thanks for the kind and quick answer Denise. My doc do not know the reason for miscarriage as they say all my reports are normal. so the exact reason is not known. We have been ttc for 2.5 years now. Can you please advise me about accupuncture which you were talking
----------

Even with the perfect enviroment, you still only have about a 20% chance of getting pregnancy each cycle and that percentage drops with age.

How long have you been trying? Do they know why you miscarried? Do they have you on progesterone?

Be sure you are with a doctor who you like and respects your wishes/ideas/needs. A good doctor makes ALL the difference in teh world. Are you seeing an RE and not just a gynocologist?

If you are interested, you may want to check into acupuncture. I turned to acupuncture after years of ttcing and I'm now 27 weeks pregnant.  (+ info)

What are my mom's chance with Adenocarcinoma cancer to live 3-5 years.?

My mom (age 51) was just diagnosed with stage 4 adenocarcinoma. We think it started in her liver because she has had pain there for a while but she thought it was an ulcer from drinking. But as i said it started in her liver and has spread to her bones, and brain. I need to know the odds of her living 3-5 years with treatment such as radiation and chemo. PLEASE ANSWER!!!!
Also the doctors said 6 months or less without treatment.
----------

I’m sorry, but it is very unlikely for her to survive that long. There is about a 20% response rate with chemo, but it does not change the overall median survival of 3-6 months.  (+ info)

Is thyroidectomy advisable if your FNAB states that 'follicular neoplasm cannot be totally ruled out'?

In Ultrasound results, there are no calsifications
presence of complex solid nodules
3.1 x 2.1 x 1.8 cm size of solid nodular
----------

I would think it would be the smart choice. There's no point in risking possible malignant neoplasms in such a pertinant area. I'd also get a second opinion and set of tests.  (+ info)

what is the normal follicular size to rupture in mm?

I am 25 years old and I'm trying to get conceive from last three years but unable to. someone has told me that normal follicular size is to be greater than 2 mm in diameter but my follicle is not growing more than 1.7 mm in diameter
----------

normal is all a matter of opinion. Find a gynecological endocrinologist, this type of Dr. should be able to assist you.  (+ info)

How long does someone generally live after being diagnosed with stage 4 (end stage) Metastatic Adenocarcinoma?

A lady that I work with has been diagnosed with this and the doc's haven't told her yet how long (appx) she has to live. I just want an estimate, obviously as no one is god and can tell me exactly...
----------

It is very unlikely a doctor will tell her how much time she has left, because they don’t know, not until she is within weeks of death. Statistics will give us survival rates and median survival times, but you do not mention where this cancer arose so it is impossible to answer.  (+ info)
