what is the differences between pure molasses and dark molasses?

i'm making a fruitcake and the recipe asks for dark molasses , but i only have pure molasses? Is there a difference of taste? Is it ok if i use pure molasses instead of dark?
I am a former chef and hate to be a pain, but molasses is molasses, sorry girls, there is unsulfured with has a lighter aftertaste, but if it is molasses it is the same taste and colour no matter what.

Anyone will do, molasses like honey keeps the cake moist for a long time, as the hydrate the other ingredients, I use them for Xmas cakes, Xmas pudding, in gingerbread cakes and cookies and when I worked in Jamaica we had a Jamaican Fruit cake with it and we soaked them in 100 proof rum for extra kick.  (+ info)

You are not going to find anything that gives the effects of steroids-no matter what you read. But there are products that will assist in muscle recovery and make your muscles look bigger due to fluid retention in the muscles. Creatine will assist enhance your strength and recovery. Protein powder will help you build muscles the old-fashioned way (hard work!), and L-glutamine will help the soreness go away faster. Whatever you do, don't believe all the advertisements you read in all the muscle mags. Heck, steroids are cheaper!  (+ info)

We have a bottle of pure maple syrup in the refrigerator that we have not used for some time. Can not remember when we bought it and there are no dates on the bottle that we can understand. It looks OK and we did put it on our pancakes, but now after the fact, we are wondering if we should have. Is it still good?

I think syrup can still be good in the refrigerator for a long time. But i keep my syrup outside because it gets like really thick if left in the refrigerator. But i think it is safe to eat.  (+ info)

How to tell difference between pure mdma and ecstacy?

So I'm going to be doing mdma for the first time this weekend and am very optimistic about the experience. I was just wondering how would you know if you're taking pure mdma or ecstacy? Like do they look completely different or what? Just because I really don't want to end up intaking all the random extra stuff thats in e. Any help would be appreciated.
'Ecstasy' these days refers to any illicit pressed pill. Traditionally, its only active ingredient was the chemical MDMA (3,4-methylenedioxymethamphetamine), but today they more often than not contain a cocktail of chemicals, with or without MDMA. There are still some that have just the one active chemical, but the only way to find out is to check out the pill on a site like PillReports.com.

Usually what is marketed as 'Molly' (pure MDMA) is packaged in powder form, either in individual doses in capsules or in larger quantities in baggies. Real MDMA is slightly brown or tan in color, and forms small, round, irregularly shaped crystals. White jagged crystals indicate adulterants such as methamphetamine or piperazines, but this is less common with Molly.

Is it better to wear pure metals like silver or gold instead of steel or surgical steel?

I don't want to get an allergic reaction and get an infection. I heard that if you just wear pure metals then you get allergic to other metals for earrings.
i know that lots of people can only wear a particular pure metal (like gold) or their ears turn green or something lol :P

but i have never heard that wearing only one type will make you allergic to others...anyway, sergical steel or stainless steal is meant to be fine for piercings because its sterile.

the only metals you have to watch out for are the tacky ones that have just been COATED in silver or paint.

dont stress, just wear what you listed about and steer clear of any cheap rip offs and you should be fine :)  (+ info)
