My Really dark brown eyes are turing blue from the outside in. Help!?

Hi i'm miles last year a frien of mine noticed i had blue forming around my eyes and i payed it not attention, Recently ive looked in the mirror and could easily see the blue tho it isnt covering the whole eye just sorrounding it. I read online that it could be arcus senilis but its unlikely because im young. what do you think it could be?
Well i am African American i am 17 excellent shape im an athlete. also idk if its relavent im partially red-green colorblind. I have really Drak brown eyes that look black but now you can see a blue line out-lineing it

dude that's the coolest thing ever. im pretty sure its normal for peoples iris's to change colors or have different pigments show up over time. its just your DNA being creative.  (+ info)
