I have very long hair and they way I use barretts is by just clipping 2-3 on the side of head and leave your hair out.

Can Barretts esophagus lead to cancer of the esophagus.?
You have to think of the risk from Barrett's in a manner similar to a woman's risk ratio from cervical dysplasia. Barrett's is dysplasia at the edge esophagus where it goes into the stomach. About two percent of the people who develop Barrett's go on to develop adenocarcinoma of the esophagus. Two percent doesn't sound too bad but most of that 2% will die because by the time the cancer is diagnosed it has spread into the lymph nodes and is very hard to treat and often impossible to cure.
If you have Barrett's with mild level of dysplasia then you need to start and stay on proton pump drugs (Aciphex, Nexium, Prilosec) for gastric reflux (GERD) and your esophagus will soon heal. If you have a medium or severe level of dysplasia then you need to also start the proton pump drugs but also stay in close care of your gastroenterologist. Make sure and get an endoscopy done of your throat every year or two years as suggested by the Dr to monitor the level of dysplasia and to look for potential cancer.
Barrett's is very treatable and the risk of cancer can be easily monitored and greatly reduced. Find a good gastro Dr, stay on the proton pump drugs and have your throat monitored regularly and you will do just fine.

food stuck in esofagus cause difficulty in breathing?

I am sorry that you are getting this crap in responce to a sincere question.
I am at odds to determine weather this problem is acute or reoccurring, for you..............Of course this does make a difference.
If you just did swallow something that "stuck" in your esophagus, (have no idea what food it is) eating some soft bread, sometimes helps. If it has been less than a couple of hours, any steak seasoning (that contain enzymes) or tenderizer, will help break down the food that is stuck.
A small amount of olive oil will lubricate the food and Your esophagus and perhaps, help it slide but.
You may, eventually vomit it up by merely stimulating your gag reflex too.

That is very unlikely.If you have severe GERD and had it for awhile I'd still think it's unlikely because of your age.People who get Barretts Esophagus have severe reflux for many years before it could even turn into cancer.Your doctor should have you on a good antiacid like Nexium that will help prevent the acid from leaving the stomach. How can you get the edges of your hair to grow thicker?
My daughter has a lot of hair and it's a decent grade too. The only thing is that her edges are a little on the thin side. I have very fine curly hair and I don't have this problem. I know it's something she inherited from her father's side of the family. What is a good treatment for people of color? By the way, she's five years old and I always make sure her barretts are not too tight.

Is there a differnce between the black barrett coach shoes with white laces and the ones with black laces?
Yesterday, my mom and i went to Macy's and she bought me the black coach barrett shoes. They came with black laces. I was just wondering why my other friends black coach shoes came with white laces and mine came with black?
I don't have a problem with the shoes, but is it because they got theirs months ago & its an older version, or is their a different reason?
