my ten months son neutropenia durig 5 months but bone narrow test seems ok and no enfection.what is the reason?

At first i am sorry form my english. I have a son . he is just ten months. Until three months his neutrophile was about 2500. they checkted two times when he was 1and when he was 3 months. But when he was 4 months his neutrophile was about 500. During 6 months his neytrophile was never more then 600. Doctors made him bone narrow test. They told. Bone narrow is ok. The first part of neutrophiles are enough there. And they made another tests and found nothing. My Son is also ok. Not any infections or another thing. Maybe he seems better than normal baby. He has just athopic Dermatit. But doctors said this is not about count of neutrophile.
We are now in a big question. What happens with our son.
I need your ideas, please…
