What are the required high school classes to become an equine chiropractor?

I would like to get an idea on what classes I would need to be an equine chiropractor. I m starting high school next year and I don't want to get half way through high school without the right classes for an equine chiropractor. Is there required classes, if so what are they? I would love to hear from chiropractors all over, from people to dogs to horses.

what is the best equine massage therapy school?

I live in Ohio and am interested in training to be a equine massage theripist. What is the best school.
----------

Midway College in Kentucky (near Lexington) has an Equine Therapy program (I'm actually in their program right now). I think you would have a BS in Equine Science with certificate in Equine Therapy. So it'd be about 4-5 years in school.
If you want something shorter, I'd look at Equitouch or Equissage  (+ info)

How Can I make Venezuelan Marquesa De Almendra. I don't understand the spanish recipes online very well.?

My Venezuelan friend made this amazing dessert called Marquesa de almendra. She wouldnt share the recipe with me. I looked it up online but they are all in spanish and I don't understand them very well. In english I believe it is called Almond Marquise. Can someone help me make this recipe Please. Thanks.
Thanks for the translater but that does not seem to translate it properly
I need that recipe in english but translaters dont translate properly because what is a pastry template? In spanish the recipe says Plantillas de Pasteleria and i dont know what that is either. I googled both terms and it does say what that is. I needed to see if anyone had made this dessert and could tell me how it is done in english
----------

1) Spanish is my native language but I didn't know what Plantillas de Pasteleria were, although by the description I suspected they were the equivalent of "Lady Fingers". Then, I found a recipe and picture that pretty much confirmed my suspicion. Please take a look at: http://www.mundopostres.com/plantillas/

I think making the plantillas is a rather complicated process, but if you would like a translation of the recipe, I will be happy to assist.

2) Taking the above as true, the Marquesa de Almendra recipe would be:

Ingredients:

1 cup sugar
3/4 cups chopped almonds
400 grs of unsalted butter
2 ½ cups confectioners (powder) sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
9 egg yolks
1 cup milk
15 or 20 Lady Fingers
1/2 cup of filleted and toasted almonds
Butter to grease baking dish

In a frying pan, melt the sugar until it turns a golden color. Stirring with a wood spoon, add the chopped almonds and continue stirring until they are well mixed with the sugar. Spread this mixture on a tray and let it cool down.

Once cooled, break into small pieces by placing it in a plastic bag and pounding it (you can use a meat tenderizer hammer, or similar).

Separately, beat the unsalted butter with the powder (confectioners) sugar until creamy. Then, add the egg yolks, one by one. Continue by adding the vanilla extract and the pieces from the previous preparation. Keep beating. (It doesn't specify until when but I guess until the desired texture is obtained).

In a buttered baking dish (actual recipe refers to glass/pirex container), start layering, as follows:

1st. Layer: Lady fingers, previously dunked in milk on both sides.
2nd Layer: The sugar/almonds/egg-yolks mixture

Continue the layers until you use all of the mixture and end by decorating with 1/2 cup of filleted and toasted almonds.

Refrigerate until serving.  (+ info)

What ingredients are mostly used in Venezuelan dishes?

I've searched through Google, but I couldn't find any.

----------

The Venezuelan cuisine contains some African, Indigenous and the European influence mainly of Spain and Italy. The Venezuelan cuisine combines meat with vegetables, fish with fruits being a flavorsome cuisine along with olive oils and garlic a main staple of their European ancestors whom colonized the country. The most typically seasonings used in the Venezuelan cuisine are: the sweet pepper, garlic, onions or coriander. The corn or the sweet corn and wheat are used in preparing pancakes. The Venezuelan “Arepas” is a substitute of bread and is usually served at breakfast. The “Arepas” are fried pancakes or baked containing different fillings or just plain. Pasta, rice and bread are more of a staple in most venezuelan dishes. Seafood dishes are very popular in the Venezuelan cuisine. Red snapper, trout and shellfish are cooked in delicious fish dishes. Beef and Chicken meats are part of the Venezuelan daily menu. The Pork meat is prepared and eaten mostly at Christmas time. Locally grown fruits such as avocado, bananas, mango, coconut, pineapple or guava are also used as ingredients for some dishes. The plantains dishes are typically for a Venezuelan lunch or dinner, cooked with rice or potatoes. Vegetables like tomatoes, lettuce, cabbage, carrots, Eggplant, cucumbers, white beans or peas are prepared in most Venezuelan vegetarian dishes but not only. Lunch is the main meal in Venezuela and it is served between 12 and 2 pm. The Venezuelan dinner is less consistent than the lunch, being a light supper that is usually served after 8pm. The “Arepas” is the traditional Venezuelan bread. The “Arepas” are baked or fried pancakes served usually at breakfast. The Venezuelan bread is cooked either with a filling or plain. In the past, “Arepas” was made of dried corn kernels which were kept in water with lime juice before cooking. “Arepas” can be served as a snack or as an appetizer also. The Columbian cuisine has a dish similar with the “Arepas”, using the same main ingredients. The difference is that the Columbian “Arepas” are thinner and sweeter. “Cachapas” (corn pancakes), “Tequenos” (cheese-filled pastries) and “Tostones” (fried plantain chips) are typically Venezuelan dishes. “Guasacaca”, a spicy avocado sauce is also representative for the Venezuelan cuisine.
