my right eye burns and waters when i have my contacts in...?

i have the no rub solution from target. and its just my right eye. what should i do?
----------

I use to get that when I wore my contacts. It would get so bad that I wouldn't be able to open my eye long enough to get the thing out! I think it has something to do with what side of the lens you put on your eye. FOr some reason, I would just flip the lens and put the other side against my eye and it wouldn' t burn anymore.  (+ info)

What causes pressure in the eye and burning?

My eyes are dry a lot and I do use eye drops on occasion but on the top of my eyeballs there's just a lot of pressure.

I'm thinking it might be cause I'm not wearing my reading glasses. It burns when I move my eyes. I can't "avoid" a computer because I have to stare at one all day for work.

I've had the same problem before. It's like my eyes get fatigued. I try to rest and put a hot towel over my eyes for a while. It seems to help.  (+ info)

bell's palsy....can blink but the eye burns and feels gritty,he has tears ,,why is there burning on the eye

he has had this palsy for three months, the only visible signs now are the left side of the upper lip is slow and the left eye looks normal but he says it is blurry at times and hurts,,what do we do.......................Mark
----------

hey Mark..I've had bells for exactly 6 weeks today..and the only visible signs I still have is aslo my left eye..and yess its frustrating..especially being a girl and not able to wear eye makeup and have to wear my glasses most of the time..my eye doesn't completly blink yet but I'am able to close it tightly. sometimes I do feel that burning sensation you talk about & it aslo become dry at times. But my eye doctor said the only thing I could do was keep using my eye drops for dry eyes called "Systane" and wait patiently for it to clear up on its own.. so basically if you still have doubts the person who your talking about should go to their eye doctor just to make sure...hopefully this helped..but remember your not alone....  (+ info)

How can I reduce the sting/burn in eye after soap has went in there?

Its been 10 minutes. still burns. i pulled my eye and felt like i pulled one of those veins real bad and it stang sooo bad. i can barely open my eye.
----------

Get in the shower, and open your eye while looking down and having the water spray on your face. That should flush the soap out of your eye.  (+ info)

Do you use Simple eye make up remover? I have used it for a few days and burns?

I used to use that stuff on clients, but I would get complaints. NOT good.
I've been putting baby lotion on cotton wool pads for myself and clients.
I use BABY lotion because it's usually always not scented with no harmful chemicals. It doesen't sting half as bad as the simple ones do.
Hope I've helped!  (+ info)

My eye is watery and burns, help! see details?

I wear contacts for astigmatism, and i haven't had a problem with them until now. my right eye has been irratated for the past week and has been twitching slightly on the upper corner of my eye lid. today my contact was uncomfortable on my right eye and since i took out my contact it's been burning and watering. help! what is wrong with it?
----------

Sorry, but there is no way to know what is going on without a trained eye doctor looking at your eye with the contact on. You need to make an appointment and go in to see what is wrong.  (+ info)

Chemical burns on the eye. My mom accidentally put some kind of nail treatment in her eye instead of eye drops

Why they make them the same shape as eye drop bottles I'll never know (this happened to another older personI know). Anyway, if it's a chemical burn on the eye, can that layer of damaged eye regenerate? It's cloudy right now and she says she can't see out of it, but that was yesterday.
Uh, I should clarify - she went to the ER yesterday. She's asleep and dad's working so I don't have anyone to ask the details on this. I assume that the top layer of your eye will regenerate because we've all scratched our eyes from time to time. Thanks everybody!
----------

I am sure she should seek advice and treatment from a medical professional. Her eyes and her vision are not something she should take a chance on losing. I once burned my eye with a curling iron and had to wear a patch on my eye until it healed. It was extremely painful but I was able to see once the patch was removed a couple of days later. I would definitely call a physician and at least ask their advice. Rinse the eye with warm water in the mean time but call a professional soon!  (+ info)
