most of your child's dietary needs should be met already with food she consumes. If you are worried, ask your pediatrician first before giving multi vitamins flinstone's are fine, but they are really meant for older children. at 18 months, it could be an overkill for her. prob should continue with liquid vitamins. just mix it with her juice. flinstone's could also pose a choking hazard.
we use costco/sam's chewable vitamins. they are shaped like lil gummy bears. much less of a fight to get them down. (
