I just consumed a bunch of mercury, what are the chances of obtaining mercury poisoning?
I'm persuing my B.A in social sciences, if that helps at all..
If the amount was such that were it to be a concentrate you would be able to see a considerable amount of powder (if you pulled all the mercury out and put it in a pile it would be big enough to see), then I would suggest call the Poison Control Center. A friend of mine had sun poisoning once and now everytime she gets sick she blames it on a weak immune system caused by sun poisoning. Is there any truth to that at all? I looked on medical websites, and they talked about cancer and preventitive measures but nothing about immune systems.
No...Sun Poisoning is not a living thing(obviously) so it won't matter how strong your immune system won't help you resist sun damage or make you weaker to it.  (+ info)
