Could this be rectal prolapse..? NEED HELP PLEASE!?

I'm a 16 year old male, I'm straight, only into girls, but I recently tried prostate stimulation out of curiosity. I started with just a finger but ended up using a toy that was 1.5 inches wide and about 4.5 inches long. It has been less than a week since this and I feel very "weird"...after a BM or before, if i spread my cheeks[sorry for being graphic]and strain as if i was going to the bathroom, i see a red part that looks like it wants to exit my anus, it's not protruding no matter how hard i strain, but it shows. Could this be rectal prolapse all from just that one time? I also feel as if I need to go to the bathroom a lot but when I try it's nothing. I used that same toy about a year ago for the same reason also, so I don't know why this would happen...No immaturity please. I've been obsessing over this lately and feel rather depressed :(

i have been seeing my family doctor for my mom for about three weeks now for rectal prolapse.in the meantime they have noticed her gallstones being problem for cramps in stomach.she was brought in for ultrasound on her stomach and is now waiting for gaestrentologist to get back to her.i phoned today to see if i had missed a call since letter from my doctor was sent off on february 15th and had heard nothing.so i talked to specialists nurse and it seems that the letter did not state urgency.so now waiting to see what happens next.my mom is 79 and i am very concerned so am asking for advice on what i should or shouldn't be doing to follow up.

im 18 years old.all day ive had this slimy mucous-like liquid coming out of my anus..with a little reddish color in it.(blood im guessing)..ive read about rectal prolapse,and this is one of the symptoms.i have never gave birth,so i dont know why else this would be happening.

You are a bit young to be having rectal prolapse! If you said you were 80, I might believe that to be the problem.

It sound like you might have a bit of colitis or possibly diverticulitis. Another possibility would be IBS, (irritable bowel syndrome,) that often can cause a lot of mucous to be passed.

At any rate, if you are having blood in the mucous, you probably should have it checked by a doctor!  (+ info)

I have this piece of skin right above, or somewhere near, my anus. I didn't tell her about it being that I just thought it was skin and nothing was wrong.

My mom saw it yesterday, don't ask, and she thinks it's my intestines coming out from straining myself using the bathroom. Now I'm freaked out about using the bathroom..

Does it sound like it? I've had it for over a year with no problem other then after I've gone to the bathroom it hurts...

It's not a bump; I checked with a mirror. I guess it does look like an intestine.. It doesn't feel bad or feel like an intestine should..It doesn't hurt when I touch it either.

Is it inflammation?

I need to visit my doctor but it's too late to see her today so I'll have to wait 'till Monday or later.

How do doctors figure it out? Do they just..Look at it? Because I don't really want a rectal exam.

I searched the Internet, but I couldn't find anything, except a miracle formula that I don't trust.
I have a friend who went through a similar difficulty with finding an alternative way to heal his inguinal hernia, he needed half a year to get a treatment together and then after one year of treating himself he was completely healed. I hope that being here in 'answers' I will get some information...
Please don't tell me that surgery is the only way. I just don't want surgery as I'm convinced that this way to repair has little or nothing to do with healing.

I'm becoming aware that my eating habit is influencing my condition. What would be the best to eat? I noticed that when I'm feeling depressed that then my condition gets worse and then my mood goes down even more... What might be the psychological background reason for my physical condition?

Thanks BeiYin and Rahmona for your suggestion, I think you are right that I need to relax, because I'm worried and often feel depressed because of my health situation. In general I'm healthy, some times tired and with a nervous stomach, although I'm eating mostly healthy stuff, rice, vegetable and fruits. Searching for information more than eighty years old is difficult, but I will go to a library and look there.
