I need some advice I'm pregnan tand every time i eat i feel like im starving all the time?


I believe I am about 3 months pregnant and my stomach is always growling even right after i just finish eating.,., should i cut my portions down and eat alot of little ones to prevent giving myself extra luggage when i give birth

you can wear a little as long as it's APPLIED correctly and the color's match up. you can't wear someone else's that isn't a perfect match- it'll show up extra in those photos!

if you have pimples, i would use a little concealer as well as under the eyes. maybe sweep on some sheer powder for a flawless face. i wouldn't use a blush because it'll really stand out in the picture in those bright lights

i LOVE purple eyeshadow for brown eyes... apply very sheer. if you don't feel comfortable applying eyeliner don't risk it for picture day. maybe a few swipe of some brown mascara will bring out your eyes.

havent tried the pills but diet tip: drink ALOT of water. the more water u drink, the more that comes out. it will help ur weight loss.  (+ info)

Match your skirt and top together first.
Leggings are going out of style FAaaST!
Because if you don't have the " right " kind of leg they make your legs look horrible.

HELP!!! I had a positive ovulation tes tand then the doc called and said i didnt ovulate?


On cycle day 14 i started using home ovulation test. On days 14 and 15 i got just the control line show up on the test.

On day 16, 17 i saw two pink lines that slowly got darker.I tested in boththe morning and at night to track the lines getting darker.

On day 18 i got 2 identical dark pink lines.

My husband and i were given orders on day 13 to have sex every other day in the am.

On day 21 of my cycle i went to the dr and had a progrestrone level drawn.

I received a call today cycle day 27 and wa told my progrestrone level was to low to show ovulation.

My questions is what exactly does the progestrone level show.

I thought that if you didnt ovulate you didnt release the lh hormone that was detected by the home ovulation test.

so do you think it is still possible that i could have gotten pregant this cycle even though my progrestrone level was low.

i suffer from polycystice ovary syndrome and the drug for ovulation was femara this cycle.

first of all, every woman produces lh all the time, but it usually increases as you approach ovulation. HOWEVER certain medical conditions (like PCOS) can cause lh surges all the time! This means that you cant rely on the test results. I feel really bad telling you this, I was in your situation a few years ago and was furious to find this out, especially since they are so expensive!
Email me if I can help, but for now, here is the question and answer from firstresponse.com that explains that they are not always appropriate for PCOS.

EDIT: Lauren mentions tracking your temps, I have PCOS and tracking my temp didn't work, it was all over the place, there was no pattern and this was due to pcos.

What is the best way to lose 15 pounds in less than 3 months?


I weight about 105 pounds.And about 5'3. I want to lose some weigh tand I really want to be skinny.Plus it is winter weather.

honey i am 5'3 and i weigh about 112 pounds and i have a flat belly since you weigh less than me i am assuming that you are in no way shape or form fat. you probably just need to tone up. try running if you have a tread mill or go to a gym in your area and run and lift weights, these are the two best things you can do because running helps you lose fat and weight lifting helps tone muscles. and eat healthy, this does not mean you have to deprive yourself from all bad food, if you do you will lose control and pig out(i have been there before) instead pick a day, saturday perhaps and have that be your "off" day either work out and eat sweets or dont workout but you still have to eat good. thats what i do and it works for me. and DO NOT drink pop!!! it is sooo bad for you, it will make you gain weight. stick to water. remember to eat lots of fruits and veggies!

things to snack on(after school, before you go to a friends house etc.)
- fruit
-veggies
i love bananas w/ peanut butter on them, it is a great source of protien
-pretzles
-goldfish etc.

the main part of any diet is controling your portions... when you eat goldfish grab a handful, not the whole bag(this was my biggest struggle) it will take a while to get in the gist but you can do it!!!!!
