Tried topical creams and looking at homeopathic remedies on the internet but worried they are a load of rubbish.
There are many treatments that work, but there would hardly be any treatment that works in every body.
All who are affected by disease, expect a permanent and complete eradication of the disease, and are very upset when things happen in a different way. We must however remember that in trying to cure a disease we are fighting against the nature, which is difficult preposition in any case.

I always thought (and still do think) that I have a birthmark right below my knee, but I was reading about MJ's vitiligo and I'm wondering if it starts out with one white spot.

But what is the opposite called when you are light skin and have increased melanine production all of a sudden and get black or dark brown patches all over your skin?

My wife has vitilgo and has white patches on her face.
She is interested in getting a cover-up tattoo matching her skin colour. She has a lot of freckles too, so i'd imagine she'd need a base layer tattoo of skin colour, then another tattoo of the freckles overtop. But, we can't find any place to do this (ireland). Can anybody suggest anything or any place?

My cousin has vitiligo and she thinking about using tanning cream/spray. Do you think it is a good idea? Do u think it will work?

Perosnally i think she shud just use concealer but shes got her mind set to it....plus do any of u no any good tanning creams/sprays...so then i can help her out??
I think it is unhealthy to tan yourself like that. I'm not really sure if it will work though because I have never tried it and probably never will.
