can someone please tell me what this report from the doctor means they tell me all i have is sarcoidosis.?
this is what they wrote";THE GRANULOMATA OBSERVED ARE TYPICALLY SMALL AND SARCOID-LIKE, HOWEVER, DIFFER IN DEMONSTRATING OCCASIONAL CENTRAL AREAS OF NECROSIS WITH FAIRLY PROMINENT FIBROSIS. THE RARELY SEEN INTRACYTOPLASMIC BODIES MAY BE CONSISTENT WITH TALC OR SILICA.THE FINDINGS ARE RELATIVELY NONSPECIFIC AND DIFFERENTIAL INCLUDES, BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO: SARCOIDOSIS, TALC GRANULOMA,BERYLLIOSIS, INFECTIONS AND VARIOUS PNEUMOCONIOSES.|" they found that out after i had a open chest byopsy. they also found" DIFFUSE NODULARITY WITH WHITE BLOTCHES THROUGHOUT THE LUNG". i just go out the hospital for psnomnia. how sick am i and does it sound like im dying? and can i get disabilty due to my lungs making it hard to breath. i really cant breath.
