Can your feet rot off, from athletes foot?

I have athletes foot, and was told to pee on my feet and it will go away. I've been peeing on my feet every morning fand afternoon or 2 weeks. Now my feet are worse off and I have to throw away all my socks, and my shoes are ruined. Even people around me say that I stink. My feet look pruned and pitted, I'm worried they are starting to rot.
Was this advice a joke?

don't itch !! I'm sure it itchs ~ try aloe of a aloe plant~ keep your feet dry change your socks daily!! Don't wear socks to bed , put foot powder in your shoes to help absorb the moisture your feet cause in your shoes~ If you can afford to buy new shoes then throw your old shoes out!! If you go to a public place ~ swimming pools, gym showers bring along a pair of cheap flip flops~ try to air your feet as often as you can!!!  (+ info)

What foot cream is good for really tough feet?

I have tried several OTC foot lotions/creams. I have gotten professional pedicures too. I have even used the "ped egg" and various foot files. My feet get very tender after using these files, but the rough skin is still there. What is an effective foot cream/product to soften my feet?
----------

Zim's Crack Cream. Ridiculous name, fantastic product. My ex had extremely dry, cracked and tough skin on his feet and the tips of his fingers. When it became particularly bad (i.e. during the winter), he would slather a bit of this stuff on and wrap with a rubber glove (on the hand) or a sock (foot, obviously), and sleep overnight with it on. That is only necessary in extreme cases, because I have used it before on less severely tough skin of my own without having to cover it with anything and it worked great.  (+ info)

Why do bananas without a peel rot faster than a banana with a peel?

Why do bananas without a peel rot faster than a banana with a peel?

For the best answer, you must require a source.
----------

It is all about air.

When air hits a food, it starts to make the food decompose.

The peel of a banana protects the inside of the banana somewhat from the air. It makes it last a while longer than it would without the peel.  (+ info)
