Am I going crazy?! I can't control my temper and it is causing relationship breakdowns...?

After falling pregnant last year I had an abortion. As a result of the termination I have developed hematometra (a large blood clot in my uterus - blocks the cervix & caused infection) & secondary amenorrhea (haven't had a period since I fell pregnant). Before i was diagnosed with these conditions, but after the abortion I started to experience extreme mood swings & depression. I find it impossible to control my temper, i snap over the smallest things & I also obsess about the cleanliness over my house (a crumb on the bench sends me into a rage). I have started to take 10mg Aropax per day (i think it helps but not enough) after a psychotic rage which ended in me throwing chairs at my bf and crying for 3 days. I have had a lot to deal with lately but is this just another symptom of my condition or should i go to a psych ward or see a therapist?

Probably Post Traumatic Stress Syndrome. You should go see someone about it.  (+ info)
