Has anyone ever had unresolved Priapism that was never treated?

I am not joking. This happened to me in 2004. 20 hours with no treatment, now my penis hurts all the time. It has been 2 years and I am about to give up.
Note: I was in jail when this happened. It was a medication side-effect (Zoloft)
Hi there. If priapism is not treated, the blood which is trapped in the penis would clot and therefore the circulation would be stopped, the penile tissue would then die and slough off. The person would probably suffer from gangrene which could spread systemically causing sepsis, septic shock and death. I know of no documented case of unresolved priapism though theoretically a man would probably die. Has anyone (or know of anyone) who has had a priapism from Viagra/Cialis?

No, I don't know of somebody who has had priapism of Viagra or Cialis. I have taken both with the highest dosage and didn't have priapism. All of my friends who use Cialis or Viagra, didn't have priapism too.

Maybe if you're too young than it can happen, but it mustn't. Then it's better to start with a small dosage like 25 mg of Viagra and 10 mg of Cialis.

Priapism can rarely happen if you take Cialis, maybe more on Viagra but it depends of the age and dosage.

Don't be worry about it, start with a low dosage and when you see that priapism doesn't happen you can go to a higher dosage.

Both ED meds are very safety and it can happen to one man of thounsands to have priapism.

I wouldn't be worry about it and try the lowest dosage.  (+ info)
