Generally after i Masterbate, my penis stays erect for atleast 30 minutes or until i go to sleep (no longer sexually aroused). How long is safe before i must worry about priapism, and what are ways to help me go flaccid?
I used to go flaccid right away, but things seem to have changed. Is it normal to be erect up to 30 minutes without sexual stimulus?
Staying erect for 30 minutes is not a problem. Priapism is only an issue when you stay erect for hours - more than 3 or 4. It starts to hurt before you reach the danger stage, so you will have plenty of warning if you need to go to the emergency room.
Try putting a cold compress on it if it's really a nuisance, that should chase the blood away.
It's unusual for an erection to hang around for 30 minutes with no reason, especially during the refractory period. Maybe your body is asking for a second go?  (+ info)

After an erection it will go back to the normal flaccid state, but It's still hard (It goes away in a couple of minutes but scares the crap out of me).

if it was three days ago, I don't think the ER is gonna do you any good. Get in to see your regular doc as soon as you can and describe what happened. I doubt anything can be done, though. Priapism has to be treated as it's happening, not three days later.  (+ info)

Nothing. For me viagra stayed in my system around 12 hrs when I used it , the effect of viagra was not an everlasting woody, it was just much easier to get a repeat erection. and now I have switched to cialis and it is my system sometimes even up to 30hrs:)) but that does not min that I do not go to sleep after I've taken cialis. Not at all, I go to sleep and when i wake up I have nice morning sex again:))

I usually wake up at night to find my penis hard and elect, making me to uncover myself to let air cools it down, these takes 15 minutes b4 its fully flaccid. These has been happening every night since 2005, one year after an accident that left me with a broken leg and a dislocated hip joint. Am full recovered physically from that accident. No - it doesn't sound like an example of priapism - this is a SCREAMINGLY PAINFUL state where the erection is engorged with blood for typically more than 4 hours (without any form of stimulation [sexual or otherwise]).

My age is 23.
Yes, the erections are definately harder. I am lucky to have no priapism or any other side effects altough I had a headache sometimes back in the days when I was taking viagra.
Cialis stays in my system for around 3 hrs, so it is much more easy to have repeat erections during this period.  (+ info)
