also procainamide which is used to soothe an irritable ventricle during PREMATURE VENTRICULAR COMPLEXES and VENTRICULAR TACHYCARDIA can also cause torsades de pointes. its like the side effects of one drug can lead to a new form of what you were trying to prevent in the first place.

How to pan fry these red potatoes?

I chopped them down. Do I use butter/margrine/vegetable oil? How much. How long do I cook them for on what heat setting. Mom died, I do all the cooking now. Now many cooking pointes from her.
If you chopped the potatoes then place them in cold water which helps remove some of the starch. This way you won't have mushy potatoes. Pat dry. Over medium heat, I add 1 - 2 tablespoons of butter and 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Place potatoes in pan after butter has melted and season with salt and pepper. Cook 5 minutes, stir the potatoes and turn them in the pan. They will probably take a total of 20 - 25 minutes to cook and get browned. I like to add diced green onions during the final 5 minutes of cooking, nice flavor. Sometimes I season my potatoes with a little garlic powder as well.

Can you build ankle strength for pointe by wearing high heels?

becoz i want to get on pointes but i dont have very good ankle strength. and what other ways can u build ankle and core strength for ballet [besides sit ups and standing on my toes]?
I don't think the high heels would do it. Can you ask your instructor, or don't you want her to know?
Do some research. Use Google or Yahoo. Start with ballet, and hopefully you'll find your way to an answer.
