A multisystemic disorder characterized by a sensorimotor polyneuropathy (polyneuropathies), organomegaly, endocrinopathy, monoclonal gammopathy, and pigmentary skin changes. Other clinical features which may be present include edema; cachexia; microangiopathic glomerulopathy; pulmonary hypertension (hypertension, pulmonary); cutaneous necrosis; thrombocytosis; and polycythemia.
