Most of my seizures happen when I am sleeping, relaxed, or meditating. I have never had a seizure when tense, or lacking sleep. These are the ones that come with a lightning flash, arching the back from head to heels. I tend to awaken with legs wrapped in blankets and soaking wet, or running...to where, I do not know. No memory of these except the flash. Broken bones, dislocations, bruises, confusion, inability to communicate, exhaustion. The feeling of profound illness lasts one hour for every minute of seizure activity. Body goes from left to right. What the heck kind of seizure is it? Thank you. Diagnosed with idiopathic epilepsy. Both sons, one niece, and one grandson with the same epilepsy.
