So I'm on the Dr. Bernstien diet, which is a ketosis diet with only 2 servings Of 3.5 oz of protein daily and aprox 1 pound of non starchy veggies a day plus no fruits. It's about 8-900 cal. Im losing about 15-17 pounds a month Ive got 2 more months left before I hit my goal weight of 140, is there any danger to me to be on a diet like this, I don't feel hungry, unless I cheat, I'm exercising as well, and my energy is up!
