FAT ADAPTATION BEFORE WATER FASTING

I was wondering since I have been on a low carb ketogenic diet for about 4 weeks now...(Carbs less than 40g...20g. on most days....) If i begin my water fast now would the body begin breaking down fat right away rather than having that 2 day window where more muscle is broken down to feed the brain it's glucose....my brain has most likely been running on Ketones by now...no?

It seems this would be sparing more lean muscle tissue by going into a water fast already in dietary ketosis....or is DIETARY ketosis different from FASTING ketosis?? (sorry question number#2)
