A 35 years old lady with nonhealing ulcer just lateral to sternocleidomastoid muscle since 1 year was presented in our clinic. She had the history of weight loss and the multiple enlarged cervical lymphnodes in cervical region and biopsy was performed and she was diagnosed as tubercular lynphadenopathy and ATT was started. But the swelling progressively enlarged and brust. The wound get contracted with scarring and did not filled. After 1 year of commence of Anti tubercular Treatment she underwent for flap coverage for that non healing wound. It is concluded that cutaneous tuberculosis even after full course treatment may not heal and surgical correction may required.
