its guy on girl. me being the guy. and yes i cumed. no my penis did not touch the ulcer/cold sore. please help me? it happened about an hour ago.
what about a canker sore?
----------

YES its possible. thats how i got them. basically it would be hsv1 or cold sores being transfered to your genitals. doesn't matter if she put her mouth on your penis it takes skin to skin contact with a person who has herpes. canker sores are different, unrelated to herpes and i believe not really contagious.  (+ info)

What is a fast and easy way to get rid of an oral ulcer?

I have two horrible ulcers in my mouth that hurt so bad i cant even eat. What is a quick and easy way to get rid of them?
----------

Listerine mouth wash is good - cuts them down from 7 days to 4.
Bonjela teething gel is good.
However the key is not to get them.
No fizzy drinks (diet is OK)
No wine, no lollies with artificial flavourings, no highly acidic fruits - apples, grapes, strawberries etc. The melons, cranberry, banana etc are OK. - Its really trial and error.
Some foods are like poison to me now - especially the fizzy drinks. (Liquid sugar!)  (+ info)

It seems like a typical mouth ulcer, hurts quite alot when i eat and sometimes when i talk. and obviously when i press it, but its slightly more painful than any other mouth ulcer i´ve had before...

Well can you it's something i've always wanted to no
----------

I got this from the web. I suggest you do not get medical information from Yahoo Answers, because in exceptional cases a persistent mouth ulcer may be cancerous, which needs medical attention. I got this from the web.

An oral ulcer (/ˈʌl-sɚ/, from Latin ulcus) is the name for the appearance of an open sore inside the mouth caused by a break in the mucous membrane or the epithelium on the lips or surrounding the mouth. The types of oral ulcers are diverse, with a multitude of
associated causes including: physical or chemical trauma, infection from microorganisms, medical conditions or medications, cancerous and nonspecific processes. Once formed, the ulcer may be maintained by inflammation and/or secondary infection. Two common oral ulcer types are aphthous ulcers (canker sores) and cold sores (aka fever blisters). Cold sores around the lip are caused by the herpes simplex virus.[1][2]  (+ info)

Do I have Oral Herpes or a Mouth Ulcer?

I'm not sure which one exactly I have, but It's like an ulcer in side my cheek, and one at the bottom of my bottom lip (inside), it itches and hurts, it hurts a lot when i move my cheek or lip.

I've had a lot of these in the past and know how to treat them, but I've wondered whch one escactly I have.

Thanks
----------

If it's inside of your mouth then it could be just a canker sore which is not related to herpes. Canker sores are typically a raised white mass lesion that itches or burns slightly. It's not common but you can have oral herpes on the inside of your mouth too. Oral herpes usually comes with some itching, burning and or tingling symptoms at one spot around the out side of the mouth, around the time of an out break.
If you really want to know then you should see your doctor, they can test you for oral herpes.
There are over the counter medicated creams available to treat both canker sores and cold sores.  (+ info)

the wound becomes painful whenever i chew food.

Disolve some salt in warm water and swill it around your mouth, the salt will help your ulcer heal. Don't swallow the water as you'll vomit.
