What do I need to do to get a refund on dental work?

The Endodontist who did my 4 root canals did not complete them. I had 4 abcess teeth all caused by very large cavities, the Dr. drilled a hole down the center of each tooth, he did not remove the decayed pulp or do anything else other than remove the roots of the teeth. I was told that they would perform the entire root canal and then put a filling in & that I would only need to go to my dentist for the crown. 2 of the filings have come out (they were temporary) and I am beginning to have pain again. I shelled out $5000 to this guy & am not sure how to go about getting some kind of refund. Since I had the work done two of the teeth have broken (because he drilled a lg filling in half) He also drilled through one of my crowns, that he had not discussed needing treatment, instead of the tooth next to it which was the worst of all my teeth. You can still see the huge cavities in my teeth & the back half of my molar has completely broke off +the holes where the fillings have come out.

why didn´t he complete the root canals??
I think you should go and see him, and tell him what happened. U deserve and explanation!!!
Another option is that if he recognizes he made a mistake, he pays the cost of the treatment you need, to a new dentist o endodontist u know.
Now, if the temporary fillings have come off is because it´s been a while, and if want to sue that will be a problem, because even if he did a bad treatment, u should have gone to refill that hole. if you left those holes opened for a long time its totally possible ur teeth cracked or have more cavities.  (+ info)

What level of exposure must you have to test positive for meth?

Since children living in a house with a user test positive wonder how much exposure is required. I am most interested for the fact that many people live in homes where a lab once was. Could third hand exposure produce a positive result?

10 pts to best serious answer.

I would think that the children would test positive because the lab would have been cooking the ingredients and the fumes would get into the air to be inhaled by the kids. I think that once the lab is gone there wouldn't be any more exposure after that. Not unless the stuff was caked on the walls and falling off into their soup or something. 8P  (+ info)

Recipe for using pulp from a Juicer?

We just made some amazing juice and have all of this nutritious pulp left over. Do you have any actual recipes that I could use to utilize the pulp? Thanks for your help.
I would love your Orange Ginger Chicken Almondine recipe...Thanks

It depends on what you juiced.

We used to make homemade veggie juice and save all of the pulp to add to red (spaghetti) sauce. It added some flavor and texture and lots of fiber to a pretty much fiber-less dish. That way we didn't always have to serve a garden salad with the pasta meal.

If you juiced oranges, I also have a recipe for Orange Ginger Chicken Almondine that calls for a pureed orange. I suppose you could substitute orange pulp for the orange puree, just add a bit more of another liquid. I'll add this question to my watchlist and edit my post and add the recipe if you're interested.  (+ info)

What is the difference between Fruit Pulp, Concentrate and Puree?

I need to understand the differences before entering fruits processing industry. I keep hearing about Mango Pulp, Mango Concentrate and Mango Puree. Kindly let me know how they are different?

Pulp would be the stringy bits, probably after they sqeezed the juice out.

Concentrate would be the juice, with some water removed.

Puree is the fruit after it's been blended together to a smooth consistency.  (+ info)

what's a good way to utilize the pulp left over after using a juicer?

I just bought a juicer, and the juice is amazing. My only concern is that all the pulp left over is going to waste. Are there and food dishes or other things i could use the pulp for?

Mix the pulp in with the same type of jelly and use it as an icecream topper.  (+ info)

What can I do with the pulp that is left over from my juicer?

I got a juicer for my anniversary and I have used it and there is a lot of pulp left over and I've been freezing it and now how can I use it? Are there any recipes for muffins or something?
They keep saying on the commercial that you can make things from it but there aren't any recipes included in the book, only recipes for the juices themselves.

Pulp is great fiber.
Add to your favorite Jello.

And muffins/cakes is a good idea also.
Thanks.  (+ info)

Where can i find cheap dental work in Southern California?

I'm under the age of 18 and my parents have horrible dental insurance. Their dental insurance covers less than 10%. I need to find a place that has rather cheap dental work, but not at a dental school. (I need a lot of work done). Thanks.

I would also recommend Mexico because ive been, although like anywhere else you must do your due dilligence.
and get recommendations before you decide.I managed to save around 90% of what it would have cost me.
I had 28 top quality porcelain caps/crowns at a cost of $2400
Quite a saving on the $36,000 i was quoted at home.
For more info see below.

Hope this helps  (+ info)
