Would it be possible to have reconstructive surgery for flail chest?
Apparently my chest and rib bones never healed properly after a good beating about several years ago. Do you think theres a doc that can even out my chest with minimal scarring? The right side of my chest is somewhat concaved....gross, huh? The looks of it does make me a bit insecure but mostly, its the sharp pains that come back every once in a while and I can hear it crackling when I stretch sometimes. Its getting more uncomfortable for me as the years go by.

Okay, so i haven't broken any ribs or anything but i am curious to know about this. If you broke several ribs from a fall and they broke off inside, how would they be fixed?? Would it require surgery since the bones have broken off?? if so how would it be done, and how long would hospital stay require?

i already gave up runnin outside because when i do that my chest hurt.
2 weeks ago i did some light jogging outside, and it hurt. then from that day on my chest is making some strange involuntary movements and i have pain from time totime. I have a history of chest pain since age 13 but seems now things are getting weirder.

How do you get bigger chest for gym workout?
I'm trying to get bigger a chest. I've been working out for almost 5 years now, but I can never get my chest bigger than I want. I'm a hard gainer. So I need to do heavy sets with low reps. But I would like to know how much chest workout I should do each week? I'm planning to workout on my chest 4 days a week. Is that too much? An well thoughtout advice would help alot. I am a 15 year old male however I am extremely skinny and small. I want to build my chest, muscle and shoulders but I am told weight training and protein powders arent good for me and will stunt my growth. Weight lifting and protein supplements WON'T stunt your growth. Unless you weight train excessively which it's bloody hard to do.

How to workout lower and middle portion for chest?
I've been working out my chest or 2 months but the lower portion of my chest and the inner chest and inner lower chest are poorly developed. Whenever I do decline bench presses i get sore at my ribs while when I do narrow grip bench presses my triceps get the burn. I need to make the line at the bottom o my pecs and the line that separates my pecs to look more developed.. If anyone can help me i would really appreciated it.
I think the best thing is something that ONLY works the chest, you need a particular machine to do it though. A lot of gyms should have this:
This machine is the best for chest I think because your pushing all the way in, so it works your inner chest good.
I'm pretty sure this is the absolute best machine to work your chest.
Some gyms also have these cable machines where you basically stand between them, and you can pull the cables in and across your chest, basically like doing a punching motion across your chest. Some can be adjusted for how high they are so you can really work out upper or lower chest with that one.
If you don't have access to one of these, try the normal bench press but place your hands further apart so that your elbows don't bend as much, this should work out your chest more and not the triceps as much. (+ info
