Kidney Tubular Necrosis, Acute (Lower Nephron Nephrosis)

Acute kidney failure resulting from destruction of epithelial cells of the kidney tubules. It is commonly attributed to exposure to toxic agents or renal ischemia following severe TRAUMA.
