Any form of purpura in which the platelet count is decreased. Many forms are thought to be caused by immunological mechanisms.

(the currently featured pic at MCB) for an example of a picture generated using PDB data. I wouldn't rush things though, or get too strident about immediate deletion. It is clear the images are replaceable. I suggest getting WP:MCB on board to help find all such images that were obtained from the PDB, to tag them as replaceable and make a list,  and then generate replacements and replace them.
