I had an mri of my hip that read as follows

1. 2.7 x 2 cm well circumcised lesion in the region of the right adnexa. this is of uncertain significance but does not represent a simple cyst. It may represent a complex adenexal cyst. other cysteic adenexal lesions can not be excluded and additiional evaluation with a pelvic ultrasound is reccommended.

2. Patchy heterogeneity of the marrow of the pelvis. this may reflext retained marrow. A marrow replacing process is considered less likely however clinical correlation recommended.

Can someone tell me what this means?
